Paradise Walk is located in the central area of Hongqiao’s central business district (CBD), covering a total area of 78,800 m² with an overall footprint of 435,000 m².
Once completed, the project will feature a variety of high-end commercial facilities, a cultural and entertainment center, a boutique hotel, and an auxiliary hotel zone. All areas will be connected via an underground shopping area and a sky corridor.

InterContinental Hotels Group will introduce Shanghai’s second INDIGO boutique hotel in this location. The hotel implements world-class logistics management standards and a bespoke design that reflects Shanghai’s local culture.

For this project, Newform will provide the customized Antea collection.

Furthermore, the four distinctive colors illuminating the Paradise Walk promenade signify different themes: red leads to the shopping center, blue guides to the riverside business buildings, green indicates the avenue, and yellow marks the boutique hotel.
