Nyungwe Forest Lodge

Nyungwe Forest Lodge is a luxury resort located within the Gisakura tea plantation, inside Nyungwe National Park. Established in 2004, the park covers approximately 970 km² of forests, bamboo groves, wetlands and grasslands, and represents the largest mountain rainforest on the African continent. It is home to more than 13 species of primates, accounting for around 20% of all monkey species found in Africa.
